My experience on the Level 4/5 Diploma in Education and Training course has been truly eye-opening. It introduced me to the world of education and provided an in-depth understanding of the theory and practice behind teaching and learning. The course was incredibly informative, and Bay Education Centre was a supportive environment that helped build my confidence and skills.

Studying with Bay Education Centre was incredibly beneficial for my learning. Not only did it enhance my knowledge in the education field, but it also helped me grow in other areas. I developed my critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent learning skills. The collaborative environment, where I worked with like-minded students, strengthened my team-working skills, and this was invaluable in both my personal and professional development.

The skills I acquired through this course, both academic and transferable, have helped me to progress in my educational journey. Thanks to the confidence and experience gained, I applied to universities and successfully secured a place to pursue a top-up qualification. The knowledge and skills I gained have been instrumental in helping me take the next step in my career in education.

It was through this course that I eventually went on to earn a first-class degree. I then achieved QTLS (Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills) status, which opened up opportunities for me to work in both primary and secondary school settings. Bay Education centre truly acted as a bridge, enabling me to progress and reach these milestones in my career.
